Octahedron provides services and products in the information technology industry. Part of this service provision requires us to protect your privacy. Personal information held by Octahedron may include your name, e-mail address, credit card details, details of your services and information we require to perform our services for you. Sensitive personal financial information entered into Octahedron, will not be used or disclosed by Octahedron except as authorised by you to perform our services for you. Personal information is collected upon signup to Octahedron (Cyclo Bike Software). This information is your name, company, email and for paid services the services you purchase and credit card details for payment of the service.

Octahedron does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored in your computer’s hard drive when you visit Octahedron. This file or piece of information allows a user to move quickly and easily around Octahedron and is used to identify returning users.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) just like online banking services to encrypt the information that passes between the browser and the server to stop any potential hackers from accessing your data in transit. Access is username/password protected. Password resets can only be processed after identification checks or via a reset email delivered to the user’s email address. Once logged into the system, the user can only access information that they have permission to view.
